CommunityConnect 2026 – Home & Community Care Conference
Date: October 21–22, 2026
Location: Markham, Ontario
Organizer: Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA)
CommunityConnect is especially relevant to organizations involved in home and community care. The 2026 theme is Community First: Redesigning Health Care at Home.
Topics include workforce pressures, changing models of care, system transformation, growing demand and technology within community-based care.

Practical Pearls in Long Term Care 2026

This annual conference focuses on the care of older adults in long-term care, with education and discussions surrounding resident-centred practices and senior health.

Together We Care Convention & Trade Show 2027

Aging Well Together Information & Active Living Fair – Pickering
