Our Personal Support Workers provide essential in-home support to seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living. These roles focus on delivering compassionate, respectful, and reliable care while helping clients maintain independence in the comfort and safety of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
- Mobility and transfer support
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
Qualifications
- PSW certification or equivalent experience
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Reliable transportation preferred
